We remain open for business and are following current safety guidelines presented by the CDC as well as Federal, State and local officials. You can expect domestic shipments to arrive within 2-4 business days after placing your order.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy during normal operations.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Holidays.
Shipping delivery estimates
All United States domestic orders are shipped priority and will arrive in 2-3 days once shipped. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your product has not arrived in 2-3 days from receiving the tracking number please send an email to support@jawku.com and we will assist you.
International Shipping Policy
International Shipping is priority 5-7 days. If the shipment goes through a standard customs inspection it can take up to 10 days to receive. JAWKU is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you have any questions or ordered a product for international shipping please email support@jawku.com. Shipping costs to and from the customer will need to be covered by the customer for warranty replacements. International customers will have to cover the shipping to and from for the warranty replacement as well as any import/customs fees associated with the replacement order.
