JAWKU SPEED / ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

Your product is warranted by JAWKU* (“JAWKU”, “we”, or “us”) to be free of defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use. This warranty excludes damage resulting from improper care or handling, accidents, modification, unauthorized repairs, normal wear or other causes which are not defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty is limited to products purchased directly from JAWKU (JAWKU.COM) or an authorized JAWKU retailer.

Shipping costs to and from the customer will need to be covered by the customer for warranty replacements.  International customers will have to cover the shipping to and from for the warranty replacement as well as any import/customs fees associated with the replacement order.

WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD

Your product is warranted as set forth above for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. All repairs and replacements (whether replacement product is the same model or comparable product) made by us as part of this warranty will be warranted by JAWKU (pursuant to the terms of this warranty) for the longer of: (a) 90 days from the date of repair or replacement; or (b) the remainder of the original product warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

This warranty does not apply to consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. In addition, this warranty does not apply to cables and other accessories that may have been provided in the box when you purchased your product.

THE LAWS OF CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LEGAL WARRANTIES AND/OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE BELOW EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS”. THIS WARRANTY IS IN PLACE OF, AND JAWKU HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT OR OTHER SERVICES, INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, AND RELATED CONTENT THROUGH THE PRODUCT OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JAWKU BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT.

No other person or company is authorized to change this warranty, and an authorized JAWKU retailer is solely responsible for any other additional warranties such authorized JAWKU retailer may provide directly to you.

WHAT WE WILL DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS

If there is a covered defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product, or issue a JAWKU credit.

If we determine that your product can be repaired, depending on the nature of the repair, we may either send you necessary parts or accessories for you to repair your product or we will perform the repair on your behalf.

If we replace your product, we may replace it with replacement product in replacement-specific packaging, without accessories or other materials that may be included with new product packaging. We may also replace your product with a recertified unit. If we do not have your exact product available, we may replace your product with a comparable product (e.g., a different size or color, or an updated model). You may be required to surrender your defective product in order to receive replacement product; in such case the surrendered product will become JAWKU property.

In lieu of repair or replacement for a covered defect, we may, at our discretion, issue a JAWKU Product Voucher or JAWKU Gift Card in the amount of the original purchase price of the product (if you have the original receipt) or, if you do not have the original receipt, the current or most recent selling price of the product at JAWKU.COM. Product Vouchers (issued by JAWKU Consumer Services) are redeemable at JAWKU.COM.

We cannot ship replacement product or parts, or provide warranty service or support, outside the countries where JAWKU or authorized JAWKU retailers sell the product.

HOW YOU CAN GET SERVICE

To obtain warranty support, please contact JAWKU Consumer Services within a country where JAWKU or authorized JAWKU retailers sell the product. See current contact information for JAWKU Consumer Services at JAWKU.COM. Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for shipping, handling and other charges to ship your product to us for inspection.

We recommend you retain your receipt as proof of purchase; you may be required to validate warranty eligibility.

Your information related to this warranty will be handled according to the JAWKU.com Privacy Policy (available at JAWKU.COM).

HOW STATE LAW RELATES TO THE WARRANTY

Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, or exclusion of all or certain types of damages, so the limitations in this warranty may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
